Agent Jack Bauer was back tonight (Sunday), but I had customers (taxi) coming in up at SFO. It was the United #34 from Maui due in at 9:08, so Jack got the record button.

I was standing with a baggage cart at the bottom of the escalator when I saw a guy doing a really good imitation of Carlos Santana walk by, and then I saw my people. As we approached the carousel they were telling me that Santana was on their flight. It was him!

I turned to look, and there he was just a few steps behind us. That was all it took for me to get my iPhone out of my back pocket, turn on the camera, push the cart toward my customers and say, “You will be fine won’t you? – I’m going to talk to Santana.” My customer replied, smiling, “There goes your tip!”

“Hi, can I get a photo?” Check it out!!! Handing him a San Jose Metblogs card, I asked Mr. Santana if there was anything that he would like our readers know about…
