PG&E Power Outage = Money!

Big trees fell, little trees fell, branches came down, as did the power lines. Fortunately my lights only flickered a few times, but for some in our area this is their 5th day in the dark. I can’t imagine being without heat and working appliances. As randramble pointed out in ‘Weathering the Storm’ PG&E has a number to call to report power outages etc.
There is another number, 1 (888) 743-4743 or 1 (888) PGE-4PGE, for customers who have been inconvenienced without power for more than 48 hours due to this storm. Under the Safety Net Program, Pacific Gas and Electric Company will provide payments to residential customers. Payments will range from $25 up to $100.
Please read the information carefully: Safety Net Program.
