Hello and welcome to Metroblogging San José. We hope that you will enjoy getting to know us. Good weather, choice shopping, markets and restaurants featuring many ethnic delights are the norm in San José .

Companies that got their start here, in the heart of the Silicon Valley, include Hewlett-Packard, Intel, Apple, Cisco, Adobe, eBay, and Sun Microsystems. Just up highway 280 is the best street address in history, 1 Infinite Loop. Taking 101 north Yahoo, Intel, and a personal favorite of mine, Google.
